How can I buy a Surprise Box?

How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

Pickup point or home delivery will take approximately 1-2 working days. For same-day pickup, we invite you to choose pick-up from our office.

Delivery to DPD pickup points is free.

Is the delivery trackable?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number when the box will be shipped.

Can I choose the contents of the box or at least the quantity of goods in it?

You can't choose the content, that's the main idea that what you receive is a secret until you open it. :)

It is possible to choose the quantity by selecting the box sizes.

Do the products have a warranty?

Yes, all products have a 2-year warranty.

I want to return the product, what should I do?

Send us a completed Cancellation form to info@parsteigumakaste.lv and we will send you a return label so that you can return the product to us using the DPD pickup point. You will receive your money back within 14 days.

What are the payment methods?

It is possible to pay with American Express, MasterCard and Visa debit / credit cards, as well as the most popular banks online.

If you choose local pickup, you can pay for your order by card or cash.

How to cancel an order?

Is it possible to make changes after placing the order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the created orders, but you can contact us via e-mail info@parsteigumakaste.lv and we will find the best solution.

When will I receive a refund for my returned order?

Return processing may take up to 14 days from the time of return. It may take up to 7 working days for the money to appear in the bank account. You will receive the money to the same account from which you made the payment.

Is it possible to exchange goods?

We can exchange the defective item for an identical new item. You can read more about it in our Warranty Terms.

What if I received a box with damaged packaging?

If there are visible signs of damage to the package, take a photo of the package before opening it and send the photos to info@parsteigumakaste.lv.
