2. The Privacy Policy provides information on how StoreXO collects, processes, stores, shares, deletes and protects the Customer's personal data, thereby ensuring that the Customer's personal data is processed legally, in good faith and in a manner transparent to the Customer. 3. Applicable legal acts: Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (April 27, 2016).
4. StoreXO is entitled to process the following personal data:
a) Name, surname, personal identification number, delivery address, address of declared residence, telephone number and e-mail address;
b) Communication data – e-mail, letter or other information related to the Customer's communication with StoreXO ;
c) Video surveillance records and images;
d) Client IP address information.
5. Basis for the processing of the customer's personal data:
a) Customer consent – The customer, as a subject of personal data, gives his/her consent to the collection and processing of personal data for certain purposes.
b) Fulfillment of customer orders and execution of the transaction – so that StoreXO can fulfill the customer's order , it must collect and process certain personal data that is collected during or before the preparation of the order.
c) Legitimate interests of StoreXO - StoreXO has the right to process the Customer's personal data to the extent that it is objectively necessary 6.e.-6. g. for performing the actions indicated in clauses.
6. StoreXO processes the Customer's personal data for the following purpose:
a) To prepare offers;
To complete sales transactions;
To ensure delivery;
To inform customers about news and current offers;
e) For handling customer complaints related to the goods sold or services provided;
7. StoreXO obtains the Customer's personal data when the Customer:
a) Purchases products or services in StoreXO stores or online stores by performing Customer identification;
b) Sign up to receive news from StoreXO;
c) Asks for a product or service offer or contacts StoreXO in connection with a complaint or request for information identifying the Customer;
d) Participates in contests, lotteries or surveys;
e) Is filmed by StoreXO video surveillance equipment in StoreXO stores or office.
8. Transfer of the customer's personal data to third parties
a) For the delivery of goods – name, surname, e-mail, telephone no., delivery address.
b) StoreXO is obliged to provide information about personal data to law enforcement authorities, the court or other state and to municipal authorities, if it results from regulatory enactments or the relevant institution's request for information.
c) StoreXO will provide the Customer's personal data only to the necessary and sufficient extent in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments and the objective circumstances of the specific situation.
9. Duration of personal data storage
StoreXO stores personal data in accordance with the defined purposes of personal data processing and the requirements of regulatory acts, as long as at least one of the following criteria exists:
a) while the consent of the data subject to the relevant personal data processing is valid, if there is no other data legal basis for processing.
b) as long as StoreXO has a legal obligation to store data in accordance with regulatory enactments;
c) as long as StoreXO can realize its legitimate interests in accordance with the procedures specified in external regulatory enactments.
10. Data security and data correction
a) All customer personal data that has become known to StoreXO are considered confidential information.
b) The customer has the right to reasonably request that his personal data be supplemented, corrected, as well as that personal data data processing would be terminated or the data would be deleted if it is outdated, incomplete or no longer meets the originally mentioned data processing purpose. In this case, the request is accepted only if it is sent from the same e-mail to which the user profile is registered.
d) To the customer have the right to refuse to receive any news by unsubscribing from receiving news, clicking on an e-mail link or sending information to e-mail: info@parsteigumakaste.lv
e) StoreXO does not assume responsibility for any unauthorized access to personal data and/or viasona data loss, if it is not dependent on StoreXO, for example due to the Customer's fault and/or negligence.
